MMC – Modular Mold Change

Change molds faster, more efficiently than ever before.  With the revolutionary MMC system from TGM, simply slide the modules out, the mold base remains in the machine, ready for the next product installation.  

-         There is no need to disengage supply lines to water, air, electrical and hydraulic circuits

-         Simply loosen and slide modules out of the mold frame

-         Precision cam followers guide modules in and out of the mold frame, eliminating any risk of damage to tips

ISS – Interchangeable Spout (and insert ) System

Fast, easy and cost effective.  Change out Rieke spout, or engraving inserts in minutes.

       -TGM’s new patent pending Interchangeable Spout system for Rieke style inserts or engraving inserts, uses a simple method to quickly and easily change the spout or        engraving insert in your molds 

       -Quick release cam lock mechanism requires no additional machine hydraulic or pneumatic circuits.  Manual rotation of the I.S.S. handle on the outside of the mold is all that is needed 

       -Dramatically reduce changeover time from traditional screw in spout inserts

       -Because the TGM’s I.S.S. secures the insert from behind, no fastener head bumps are left on the part.  This results in a more cosmetically pleasing part, and saves wasted material 

       -Like all TGM molds the I.S.S. is constructed of the highest quality materials, and will provide years of trouble free operation.
