TRI SEAL NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

TGM is proud to re-introduce its patented Tri Seal ® Nozzle Assembly.
Not ONE, not TWO but THREE seals provide the ultimate prevention against nozzle leakage and provides a longer seal life between the nozzle housing and the gate insert.
Each Nozzle Assembly includes a replaceable Seal Ring which can be easily replaced during maintenance. Replacement rings are available for next day shipping and are also available over-sized in .010” (.25 mm) increments in case gate insert clean-up is required.
TGM’s Tri Seal ® nozzle system is included with all new molds and can be available for retro-fits (pending review of mold design).

TGM EXPANSION

TGM has been working on the expansion project where two buildings have been joined together, expanded and renovated, phase one is now complete. All construction has been done without disrupting any regular business and work throughout the office and plant. The new sections include fresh modern and efficient work space, shop space and meeting rooms, as well as room for growth within the company. TGM has proven to be an organization which demonstrates strength and prosperity and will continue to grow and meet customers’ needs the coming years.
